Icewine

Lex and my in-laws went to the Niagara Falls, Canada this past weekend. Without me because I have to work =(.

They brought me home some pasalubong. They bought some delicious Icewine. I'm no connoisseur, but this is one of the best dessert wines I've tasted. Maybe because it has a high sugar level than regular wines? =) What's unique about it is how it's made... they are made from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. It is said that each frozen grape creates just one drop of Icewine. Explains why it's a bit pricey... $20 for a small bottle that could only fill a glass.

It's definitely a must try... perfect for the coming Thanksgiving holidays.
